1. Promotion Period: The "Refer & Win a DECKED Drawer System" promotion (the "Promotion") begins on 23 July 2025 at 8:00am Central and ends on 06 August 2025 at 4:00pm Central ("Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of the [Specify Geographic Area, e.g., United States] and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Landoption, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter: * Referral Entry: To earn entries, refer friends, family, or acquaintances to sign up for a free trial of Landoption. * For each new, unique individual who signs up for a free Landoption trial during the Promotion Period and specifically mentions your name as the referrer at the time of their sign-up, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. * There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can earn, provided each referred person meets the eligibility criteria and properly attributes the referral to you. * Landoption reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals. Referrals that are determined to be fraudulent, invalid, or do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about 08 August 2025 at 1:00pm Central at Landoption's headquarters or a designated location. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) DECKED Drawer System (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": up to $1,500, depending on vehicle fitment and accessories). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Landoption. Landoption reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
6. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within ten business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within three days of the date the notification was sent and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within a specified time frame. Failure to respond within the allotted time or to return the Affidavit/Release may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions: * By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Landoption, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. * Landoption reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Landoption's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Landoption in its sole discretion. * Landoption reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. * By accepting the prize, the winner grants Landoption the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitations of Liability: Landoption is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Landoption's Privacy Policy.
