The Program consents to Landoption using the information detailed in this section to present the Program to prospective landowners, Enrollment Partners, and ecosystem participants. This includes distribution through Landoption’s platforms, communications, and data-sharing networks to promote enrollment opportunities, ensure informed decision-making, and achieve Program participation goals. Landoption reserves the right to format and organize this information to best align with its ecosystem standards while ensuring accuracy and transparency.

To ensure transparency and consistency in our partnerships, programs are encouraged to upload a Landowner Agreement or a Non-Binding Terms sheet as part of their Claimed-Listing. This document will outline the terms, conditions, and commitments for participating landowners.

"Landowner Agreement" means any binding or nonbinding agreement, such as a term sheet, letter of intent, or interest-confirmation signup form, mutually agreed upon by the Parties in Landoption Pro for prospective landowners.
