Part 1: The $2/Acre Strategic Blueprint
For an upfront fee of $2.00 per acre, we perform the foundational work to create a comprehensive alternative revenue and risk mitigation plan for your property. This includes:
- Initial Consultation: A deep dive to understand your financial, operational, and stewardship goals.
- Data Collection & Analysis: We gather all necessary property and operational data to see the full picture.
- Opportunity Report: We analyze your data against a robust dataset of programs to identify every federal, state, and private income program you're eligible for.
The Deliverable: You receive a formal strategic plan—your roadmap to new income streams. You can then make an informed decision about which opportunities you want to pursue.
Part 2: The 10% Contingency Fee – Your Enrollment Partner
Once you decide to move forward, we do the heavy lifting. Our compensation is tied directly to your success. We charge a 10% contingency fee ONLY on the program proceeds you actually receive. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid. This success-based fee covers:
- Application Management: We manage the entire application and submission process.
- Negotiation Support: We provide support during the negotiation of key terms for leases and agreements.
- Ongoing Assistance: We help you meet compliance requirements throughout the program term.
